The founder of Hansen Ukrainian Mission, Dell Loy Hansen, recently had the honor of meeting with the current vice president of the United States, Kamala Harris.

Hansen Ukrainian Mission and Hansen Family Foundations together with Wasatch entities and business partners proudly presented a $1 million check to the Olena Zelenska Foundation to support Ukraine’s recovery.

Dell Loy Hansen, as the founder of one of the main housing projects for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), had a chance to present the successful work of our foundation during the discussion about Recovery and Development of Communities and Territories During War and Post-War Period.

Dell Loy Hansen and representatives from the World Trade Center Utah and the University of Utah visited the UN in NYC to bring awareness to the plight of the Ukrainian people and laid out a blueprint for rebuilding communities.

On December 6, the opening of the second stage of "Hansen's town" - a residence for IDPs - took place in Tarasivka. Over the course of two days, 80 families, including about 100 children, received keys to their apartments.
