September has been incredibly productive. Following an unforgettable trip to Disneyland with children from Hansen Village and Hansen Apartments, our founder, Dell Loy Hansen, visited Ukraine to assess the progress of ongoing projects and reconnect with those who have become part of the Hansen Ukrainian Mission family.
Opening of the renovated clubhouse in the village of Sloboda, Chernihiv region
We are proud to announce that the renovation of the destroyed clubhouse is now complete. The clubhouse offers various amenities, including study rooms, a gym, offices, and a kitchen.
Opening of the Elementary School in Hansen Academy
The grand opening of the elementary school in Hansen Village was an actual celebration. Our school is the place that united children from all over Ukraine, and these kids deserve to receive a quality education in a peaceful and supportive atmosphere.

This summer is all about our youngest residents. Children enjoy their time outside while riding bicycles or swimming in the pool. But it’s also a great time for the kids to catch up on the school program.

The first chicken coop in Senior Chudo Village
During the May trip to Ukraine, our founder, Dell Loy Hansen, and the US team had a chance to be a part of the grand opening of the first chicken coop in Senior Chudo Village.
The opening of bicycle season, Spring 2024
April of 2024 is a month when Hansen Village is officially considered the bicycle village with two-wheeled transport outnumbering cars. There were over 350 bikes for children delivered to the village.
